I choose spaces between texts to visualise. Typing in English without spaces is known as scriptio continua. While it was standard for ancient Greek and Latin, in modern English it slows down reading by about 40–70% because the brain must work harder to identify where words begin and end.

I made an animation of the text moving and the space moving to each side. Then calculated the area and it’s ratio to show how much white space and breaks are needed for us to read faster.
